Obituary of Joseph E. Singer

Joseph E. Singer, age 65, of Warners, New York died Saturday, November 16, 2002 at home. Joseph was born February 7, 1937 in Syracuse, New York, the son of Joseph E. and Alta (Lively) Singer. He was graduate of St. Anthony of Padua School class of 1955. He was employed as an accountant for Glen?s Automotive in Jordan, New York. He was a communicant of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, a lumberjack, a notary public, an avid Syracuse University sports fan and a Boston Red Sox Fan. Mr. Singer is survived by his wife of 44 years, Anne DaRin Singer; three daughters, Mary S. Wick of Raleigh, North Carolina, Joanne T. Singer of Baldwinsville, New York and Barbara A. DeLuca of Syracuse, New York; two sons, James A. Singer of Miami, Florida and Thomas M. Singer of Syracuse, New York; three sisters, Dorothy A. Gallagher of Syracuse, New York, Sister Mary Margaret CSJ of Syracuse, New York and Marcy J. Singer of Syracuse, New York; six grandchildren. A son, David A. Singer, died November 8, 1994. Funeral: Saturday, November 23, 2002, 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady Of Good Counsel Church, 6421 Newport Road, Warners, New York where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by Father Dennis Slater.
