Obituary of Lucy V. Sweeney

Lucy V. Fecco Sweeney, age 70, of Syracuse, New York, died Tuesday, October 1, 2002 at Community General Hospital, Onondaga Hill, New York. Lucy was born March 9, 1932 in Syracuse, New York, the daughter of James and Maria (Tumalo) Fecco. She attended Syracuse City Schools. She retired from Camillus Cutlery after 22 years, was a communicant of St. James Church, and was a member of Fit for the Next 50 Senior Exercise Group. She was preceded in death by her husband, John "Jack" Sweeney in 1984. Mrs. Sweeney is survived by two daughters, Diane Martin of North Carolina and Linda Heagle of Syracuse, New York; two sisters, Pauline Guanciale of Elbridge, New York and Theresa Prall of Florida; two brothers, Mike Fecco of Auburn, New York and Tony Fecco of Syracuse, New York; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
