Obituary of Paul Leon Galvin

Paul Leon Galvin, age 65, of Warners, New York died Tuesday, March 12, 2002 at Demay Living Center, Newark, New York. Mr. Galvin was born April 5, 1936 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the son of Harold and Clella (Butler) Galvin. He was employed as a corrections officer at the Auburn Correctional Facility. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Syracuse, New York. His sister, Launa Jobson passed away in 2000. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, the former Gertrude Dodge; four daughters: Valerie Pachecho from Phoenix, New York, Karen Magee from Warners, New York, Robyn Ouderkirk from Central Square, New York and Wendy Adolpho from Fairmount, New York; two sons: Paul D. Galvin from Brigham City, Utah and Daniel Galvin from Raleigh, North Carolina; one sister: Joy Hill from California; one brother: Harold Galvin from Westvale, New York; 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Funeral: Friday, March 15, 2002, 11:00 a.m. at Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints, 801 E. Colvin, Syracuse. Burial: LaFayette Rural Cemetery, LaFayette, New York.
