Obituary of Mary J. Mullen

Mary J. Mullen, age 69, of Onondaga Nation died Tuesday, December 11, 2001 at home. Mrs. Mullen was born February 28, 1932, the daughter of Benjamin and Bertha F. (Thomas) Shenandoah. She was a Graduate of Onondaga Valley Academy and Central City Business Institute. She was a medical Secretary at SUNY Upstate Medical Center for 32 years and she also worked at Kaufmann?s at Carousel Center. She was Member of the Eel Clan, Church of the Good Shepherd Among the Onondagas, Native American Club and Civil Service Employees Association. She is survived by: two daughters: Karen M. Mullen from Onondaga Nation and Bridget A. Camaione from LaFayette, New York; one son: Anthony J. Mullen from Los Angeles, California; one sister: Marlene J. Herring from Baldwinsville, New York and two grandchildren. The funeral will be Saturday, December 15, 2001, 9:30 a.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Inc., and 10:00 a.m. in Church Of The Good Shepherd Among The Onondagas, Route 11A, Onondaga Nation, with Rev.Tom Barrington and Father Thomas Cooper officiating. Burial will be in Onondaga Valley Cemetery, Syracuse. Calling hours will be Friday, December 14, 2001 from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Inc., 4612 S.
