Obituary of Kenneth R. Greig

Kenneth R. Greig, 89, passed away peacefully August 20, 2017, in Ft. Worth, TX. He was born in Edwardsport, IN, to Kenneth and Helen Greig, lived in Erie, PA, before moving to Syracuse in 1940. He married Jeanette Keenly on September 12, 1953, in Syracuse. Kenneth was a Navy Veteran, past Master of Uncas Masonic Lodge, and was retired from Niagara Mohawk after 35 years of service. He was a past Commodore OYC, past President of Atonement Church Council, and active with Meals on Wheels. Kenneth is survived by son, Glenn of Arlington, TX; daughter, Joyce McCarthy of Loomis, CA; daughter-in-law, Susie Greig of Bellingham, WA; and five grandchildren, Troy, Heather and Ashley Greig of Bellingham, WA, and Nathan and Brittany McCarthy of CA. Kenneth was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette, and son, Kenneth K. Greig. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 22, 2017, at Atonement Lutheran Church, 116 W.
