I am a friend of dear Betty and John in Bethlehem. I feel like I know all of you, including Jen and Scott, very well just from your Gran''s loving reports she would always give me. I met your mother several times and delighted to view Elaine as a no-nonsense, get-it-done girl who operated always with heart and sense of humor. I helped her select a dress for Scott''s wedding when she was here visiting- we had such fun - followed by lunch at a "nice" place as your Gran always required! My sincerest loving thoughts are with all of you.

Dear Jen and Scot: Your Mom was a wonderful friend and a super scout leader. We have so many fond memories of our time spent with her and all of our scouts. We hope that special memories will replace the sadness and loss you must be feeling. The Keisers

Thank you very much the condolences, as you know, she left far too soon. My heartaches so very much at this time for all the losses but I do know they are all together now.
She took care of my children like they were her own, she wasn''t just my mom but my best friend, and I love her so very much. She will always be a part of me, as will my dad and brother will ever and always. I love you all.

Seems impossible that I just saw you at Uncle Tim''s funeral and now you are joining him in heaven. I will miss you and always remember the good times that we had at camp, graduation, and all other times that we spent together as a family. Even though our families are miles apart and now you, Tim, Michael, and Gran are watching us from above, you will always be in my heart and in my thoughts and prayers. Please watch over Jen and Scott during this time and guide them with your wisdom and light. Love Always, Tammy, Kevin, Andrew, Matthew, and all the Vogt Kitties

Elaine, you were a great big sister and friend. You always looked out for me and were so easy to talk to. You always had the right advice regardless of the situation. You will be dearly missed by family and friends! You and Tim were always so welcoming, hospitable, and easy going. Well done, may you rest in peace.
Scot and Jen, your Mom was so proud of you, her eyes would sparkle and she would light up whenever she talked about you and her beautiful grand children. Her time was too short here on this earth.
You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Always carry your Mom''s memory in your hearts. Please let us know if we can do anything or if you just want to talk. We''re always here for you.
Love,
Uncle Ken (Elaine''s little brother), Aunt Jodi, Ali, Ryan and Colin

Jen and Scott, Anything that we write on here will not diminish the pain that you guys and your families are feeling at the passing of Aunt Elaine. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and person. I will remember all the times that we shared with her and hold those memories deep in my heart as I hope that you do. She would not want you to be sad about her passing but to remember her with a smile and still feel her close within your heart and prayers. She is now with your dad and Michael and will be there waiting for you when the time comes. Remember to talk to her because she will always answer. Love you guys and miss you all, Lori and kids

My sister was a very hard worker, she was a terrific Daughter, Sister, Mother, Wife and Grandmother. She was there for our Mum right to the end, as she was with Tim. She will be so sadly missed by Jen, Chad, and all of the kids, also by Scott, Julie and their children. She will also be missed by Kaela. There was nothing that my sister would not do for her children and family. My Dad will miss the phone calls and their long conversations and the good times they had in Florida. The only thing I can find to say that is good in this, is that at the light at the end of the long tunnel that my sister has been in, stand Michael, Tim, and My Mum all waiting with hands out to hug her and take away the hurt she has felt for so long., Love Linda

I am heartbroken. Elaine and I were very close and she meant everything to me. She never really recovered after the death of her dear son, Michael, and devoted herself to her beloved good husband, Tim. She did this by neglecting the failing of her own poor health to take care of those she truly cared for, including her own mother.
I send my deepest symphathies to Jen, Scot, and their families, including Kaela. Like them, Elaine will be part of me and in my heart until I die. I love you Elaine, and always will.
Dad.
