Obituary of Anne M. Wait

Anne Wait, of Baldwinsville passed away peacefully on August 2nd, after a brief illness. She was 80. She is survived by her two children, Christopher, of Baldwinsville, and Susan, of Milwaukee, WI. She was predeceased by her beloved husband William, in 1995. 

Anne was a graduate of The State University of New York at Buffalo, majoring in Anthropology. After college she worked as a private detective in New York City. Anne enjoyed traveling and spending time with family. She was a two-time Peace Corps volunteer, having volunteered in Belize and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Some of her favorite places visited were Malta and Italy. 

In her spare time, Anne was a fan of crossword puzzles and an avid reader.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, August 8^th at Our Lady of Hope Church at St. James, 4845 S. Salina St. Syracuse, New York 13205.

Burial will follow in Onondaga Valley Cemetery.
