Our deepest condolences to Marty's family. I met Marty through my husband to be back in 1997. Denny went to school with Marty. We were blessed to have him as our best man at our wedding in 1999, not only that, Marty did double duty as he wanted to play the music for our reception. What a guy!!! We will miss him.
Thank you for all the wonderful music & laughter when you were on the radio!!!
We pray that all the wonderful memories you created with Marty are some sort of comfort to you today and for days to come.

Worked with Marty many years when I was a Bartender at Wysocki's Lake Park Manor. Always a gentleman to talk to. When my children were old enough to work at the restaurant, he always treated them very kindly. I Will always remember the times after parties when the crowds went home we would hang out at the bar for another half hour or so just to chat. Here is raising that last Labatt's cold one to you!

I worked with Marty when I was on air at WEZG 100.9, and Marty was the PD and on air as well.
I was always laughing in his presence due to his sense of humor and laid back nature.
Marty is a piece of the fabric of the Syracuse Music Scene and will remain.

Dear Santy Family,
I met Marty more than 50 year ago when we were students at ESM; singing in our high school choir. He was a great guy and well liked by students and teachers alike. We kept in touch on and off over the years and chatted on Facebook. He was simply "the best of the best!"
Keeping Marty and all of you in my thoughts and prayers; my deepest sympathy.
