Obituary of Robert Matthew Krupka

Robert Matthew Krupka Jr., age 46, was called to the Lord on Friday, May 12, 2006. He was at home with his family. He died of Multiple Myeloma, complicated by Plasma Cell Leukemia. Robert was born November 27, 1959 in Syracuse, New York, the son of Robert M. Krupka and Marianne Bowman Krupka. Robert was a graduate of Bishop Ludden High School, Onondaga Community College and Rochester Institute of Technology. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electro-Mechanical Engineering. For 23 years he was employed at Phillips Broadband Network. He was also employed by C & S and most recently at Lockheed Martin. Bob was an avid golfer with past memberships at Pompey, Tanner Valley and Cortland Country Clubs. He was a coach and administrator of Valley Lacrosse. He was a lifelong communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Bob was predeceased by his father, Robert M. Krupka, Sr.. Bob is survived by his wife, Linda Owens Krupka; his sons, Robert Matthew Krupka III , Dean Francis Krupka and Eli Jeffrey Krupka; his mother, Marianne Krupka; his sisters, Karen (David) Post, Patricia Lane, Ellen (Steven) Stottlar, Susan (James) Murphy, Margaret (Roberto) Frias, Beth (William) Kinne, Lisa (James) DeOrdio; his brother, John Krupka; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Services: Tuesday, May 16, 2006, 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 300 Valley Drive, Syracuse, New York. Burial: Onondaga Valley Cemetery, 2500 Valley Drive, Syracuse, New York.
