I was deeply saddened to hear of Phyllis's passing.I got to know her through working on our "Moore" family tree, and what a pleasure it was. She was the sweetest lady, and I always enjoyed getting notes from her. The world has definitely lost a very kind and generous spirit. My deepest sympathy to Tom and all her family. She will be missed!

I remember Phyllis a long time ago. She was my family's next door neighbor when I was a child. Always, sweet, cheerful and helpful.... In later years, I can still see Phyllis riding her bike or walking a dog -a wonderful lady. My condolences to her family. Jane Yackel RicherNorth Bend, Washington

From the Yackel Family to the Moran Family - our hearts go out to you at this difficult time. We'll never forget how kind Phyllis was to us when our Dad was ill. We could not have asked for a better or more thoughtful neighbor and we will always remember her fondly. God bless.

Dear Mike (and the rest of the Moran family), I just learned of your Mom's passing and am very sorry for your loss. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of you. From the comments already shared by those who knew her well, your Mom was a precious lady, one of a kind, a gift to all whose lives she touched. I am only sorry that I never had the privilege to meet her in person. Please allow her memory to live on in your heart and through the good things that we do for each other. I am sure that she would be proud!

FOND MEMORIES OF A TRULY WONDERFUL, CARING WOMAN- A DEAR FRIEND TO MY MOTHER AND ALWAYS THOUGHTFUL. WHEN MY WIFE AND I HAD CHILDREN, PHYLLIS WAS GENEROUS WITH HER KNITTED HATS AND SWEATERS. ALWAYS A FRIENDLY SMILE AND THE CARDS AND LETTERS SHE SENT,- THE POST OFFICE WILL BE LOST WITHOUT HER!- MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH HER FAMILY AND ALL OF HER FRIENDS BECAUSE AS I GET OLDER I REALIZE THAT PEOPLE LIKE PHYLLIS DON'T COME ALONG THAT OFTEN AND ALL WHO KNEW HER ARE BETTER FOR IT. HEAVEN IS NOW LUCKY TO HAVE HER. TRACY,GINA,ALEXANDRA AND ZACHARY GUHIN

MY THOUGHTS ABOUT PHYLLIS REMIND ME OF A PERSON WHO CARED ABOUT OTHERS AND SHOWED THAT LOVE IN STEADFAST WAYS TO OUR COUSIN JOANNE MURPHY. NEVER MISSING A HOLLIDAY OR OPPORTUNITY TO SEND A CHEERFUL CARD OR MAKE A VISIT. EACH TIME I VISITED JOANNE A PRESENCE OF PHYLLIS WAS THERE THROUGH HER THOUGHTFULLNESS AND WE BECAME FRIENDS WITHOUT MEETING OR SPEAKING. MAY GOD BLESS HER AND ALL OF HER FAMILY.
