Wow, memories of Anthony, I can't even begin, I met Anthony approx. 12 years ago in Schenectady at a gathering at the YWCA Festival of Nations. We became friends right of from the start, and continued to meet at the local pow wows with his wife Mari and children. Anthony was such a giving and caring person. He was a strong man with a big heart. He always had kind words to say about everyone. He was just so full of life, such a beautiful person inside and out. He talked wisdon to my grandchildren, was a good friend, and I will never forget Anthony, for he taught us so many things to be greatful for. He was a person that I will treasure having been his friend, and he will remain in my memories forever.

Everyone has a lesson to teach others on this earth. You have taught me to laugh and find the good in all things and people. I appreciate your friendship and wisdom. I know you are not gone, you are with us in a different way. I wish your family strenght and peace. You are all such wonderful people. Individual people deal with grief in their own ways and within their own time. The support they receive from others is what helps them through it. As difficult as it may seem every loss is a challenge to grow which is something I think Anthony would both agree with and understand. The difficult part is that growth requires change, and change in this case will be painful. When a loved one passes away, everything changes, including each of you who love him. With help and understanding, the pain of your loss can be transformed into a new beginning. I can't pretend to understand what you are going through at this point, however I have had my own health struggles recently. I would like to share with you what I have learned first hand about how much we need to count on our friends, those who love and care about us. Lean on them and they will help you get through this change in your lives. My prayers are with you all in hopes that you find peace and comfort that Anthony has gone home to his Creator. Please accept my truly heartfelt condolences during this sad and difficult time.

Anthony - we will miss you my friend. We are at a loss at how to properly express our sadness at your early departure. Amy and I will miss your laughter, your smile and the many stories we shared about the kids. Anthony was such a tremendous asset to my afterschool program last year at the Jr/Sr high school. He did Chang Fa with the students and shared his non-violence approach to life with students who needed to hear it. He was a wonderful man and we miss him too! I am pleased to have known him. He made a big difference in the world. What a good man! Wish it could have been longer.

whenever i think of anthony, i of course remember the ready smile he always had and his great sense of humor. but most of all i remember his eyes. whenever you looked at his eyes you could see the spirit within;a spirit that spoke of a man with dignity, intelligence, kindness and most of all the love that was at the core of his being. the creator has now given tht spirit peace. may he also give you the strength and comfort you need to ease your sorrow. you are in my prayers.

Many people come and go through our lives during the time we have on this earth. Anthony truly left a mark on many lives by bringing a smile and good feelings everywhere he went. I thank him for making the world a better place. I know that his work here on this earth must have been done and that we will all see him again, one day, but I hope we can all carry forward a little piece of the example he set. We love you, Mari and Anthony and Libby and Elias.

I will always remember Anthony as one of the gentlest, kindest persons I have known. I have never heard him speak in a negative way or unkind words. I always looked forward to his presence at staff functions -- you knew he would have something funny or mischievous to say. He was a special person who was loved by all - adults and children. I will miss him greatly.

In the six years I've known Anthony I never seen him without a smile on his face and without a kind word or joke to make me smile. Some of the fondest memories of Anthony come from the times we spent working on martial arts with Brock and the children of the Onondaga Nation School, and just chatting on a day to day basis about anything under the sun. I found him to be a very uplifting person in my life and I feel that I'm a better person for having known him. I'm certain that you are in a good place my friend and I will think about you every day I walk into work. Thank you for being my friend.

When I think of Tony, I think of our high school days and how he easily made Mari, Becky and I laugh. After we graduated and whenever I ran into him at the store, he was always such a happy, sunny person. My mother was usually with me and after we were done talking with Tony and were walking away, she always said "What a nice boy he is, so happy and funny too". Mari, Becky, if you are reading this please know that you are in my thoughts and that I feel for you. Julie
