Obituary of Jean M. Brogan

Jean M. Brogan "Dearly beloved wife and mother." 78, of Syracuse, New York died Saturday, September 18, 2004. Jean was born May 5, 1926 in Scranton, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Vincent and Alice (Neary) Merrick. She worked as a medical records technician for Crouse Hospital retiring with 25 years of service. Survivors: Her husband of 53 years, Harry E. Brogan; four daughters, Alice Brogan, Mary Ellen Brogan, Kathleen Brogan and Jean Brogan Cullen, all of Syracuse, New York; three sons, Joseph Brogan of Mascoutah, Ilinois, Paul Brogan of Syracuse, New York and Patrick Brogan of Baldwinsville, New York; one sister, Alice Furey of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; four grandchildren, Benjamin Brogan of Robbins Air Force Base, Macon, Georgia, Alexander Brogan of Syracuse, New York, Ryan and Ethan Brogan, both of Baldwinsville, New York; several nieces and nephews. Services: Wednesday, September 22, 2004, 9:30 a.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home and 10:00 a.m. in St. James Church 4845 S. Salina Street, Syracuse. Burial: Onondaga Valley Cemetery, 2500 Valley Drive, Syracuse, New York. Calling Hours: Tuesday, September 21, 2004, 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home, 4612 S. Salina St. Syracuse, New York.
