Obituary of Linda L. Hand

Linda L. McInatyre Hand, age 54, of 120 Griffin Street, Syracuse, New York died Saturday, April 5, 2003 at home. Linda was born March 10, 1949 in Syracuse, the daughter of Lee and Eunice (McIntyre) Shadt. She was a graduate of Corcoran High School. She was employed at the Center for Community Alternatives and she previously worked for nine years at Carriage House of Corinthian Foundation. She is survived by her son: Shawn P. Hand; daughter-in-law Patricia I. White; companion of 18 years, Joseph E. Burgess Jr.; step son, Joseph C. Burgess; step daughters, Allison Burgess and Heather Jacobs; step granddaughters, Kortnie & Cassidy Jacobs; mother in law, Janice M. Burgess all of Syracuse, New York. Services: Wednesday, April 9, 2003, 10:00 a.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Inc. with Father Thomas Hayes officiating. Burial: Onondaga Valley Cemetery, 2500 Valley Drive, Syracuse.
