Well Papa it's been three months now. I miss you so much, sometimes it hurts. Every day that goes by becomes a little easier but that void will always be there. Nobody could ever fill your shoes, you are one of a kind. I just wanted to let you know that because of you I know I will always be ok. Thank you for giving me roots and strength to find my wings.....I love you, Stacy Marie

Words cannot express how much I miss you, Dad. I find myself thinking of you almost every minute of every day. After the last months that the whole family spent rallying around you, it is very difficult to fill the time left empty on our calendars. There have been a lot of people commending me for being such a devoted daughter, but I have to stop them and let them know that you made it my privilege to be able to give back to you just a smidge of the love and devotion you gave to all of us for so long.
I am so proud of you, Dad, and I feel so blessed knowing that you fought just a harder than you wanted to to give us some extra time to love you here on earth. You knew we needed you, and you were there for us in your darkest hours. You are, indeed, THE MAN!!! You have always been somewhat of a hero in my eyes, but now you are my shining star right next to Mom. I will always love you and feel you presence in my heart. I know that you and Mom will continue to guide us in being the greatest ""stick together no-matter-what"" family weA?ve always been. I love you so much.

Dad would have certainly been very proud of the eulogy that Christie gave for the Grandchildren. As one of the ""older generation, it was a very heart-tugging thing to watch how all the kids got along so well and to realize that the future of the ""Brown Clan"" is in VERY good hands. We love all of you guys!!

Grandpa-
you were the best Browndog! There can never be another like you. Thank you for your love and pride in all of us. You get some time solo with Grandma before the kids start coming...enjoy it and donA?t worry about what is going on here your life lessons will prevail and soon all your children and Grandchildren and the greats will get their act together! We are all fish out of water now but we will find the surf again! Looking at your picture it just makes me want to kiss you up! I guess there will be lots of those longing feelings over the year but I am happy for you after all I know right where you are at big guy and it is the best! All My Love
Christie Leigh XOXO

Our lives will never be the same, but thanks to you we will all find strength to live our lives to the fullest. The lessons that you have taught us will carry us through. You will be missed by many and remembered the way you should be, with love and admiration. You have touched the lives of so many people, and I think I speak for everyone when I say how grateful I am to have had you for my Dad. I love you Papa.
